• Proven experience as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of creative and diverse design work.
• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools, particularly must be fully proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier pro, After effect and Photoshop.
• Strong conceptualization and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content to create compelling and visually appealing videos.
• Editing and Post-Production.
• Edit video footage, add graphics, text, and effects, and ensure seamless transitions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Adequate knowledge on RAJUK (DMDP) approval matters, especially calculation of land properties, registration rules, Floor Area Ratio (FAR), Deed of Agreement, Power of Attorney and other legal issues etc.
• Acquainted with land in all prime locations in Dhaka and adjacent areas and other major cities in Bangladesh.
• Adequate knowledge on Deed Writing, Plan Submit, Civil CS, SA, RS, City Jorip Papers.
• Proper understanding on Land Development for Joint Venture.
• Capable to review and evaluate land values for procurement.
• Capable of doing feasibility study regarding procurement of land.
• Capable of prompt and careful handling with the Land owners.
• Liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. authorities.

Requirements:

Education

Experience

• • 3 to 4 years
